Shipping Methods and Cost
FREE Shipping Within Australia: Items will be sent via Registered Post, and will require a signature upon delivery.
FREE International Shipping: Items will be sent via Australia Post - airmail. We post to most international destinations.
For safety reasons, we prefer to deliver to a business address. If the goods are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is available to receive the package in person.
International Customs Fees
There are many countries that charge customs or import duty fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We suggest you contact your local customs office to determine if you will be charged any fees on your order.
Please note, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
Cover-ups for return or exchange need to be unworn, with original labels attached and all accompanying accessories and tying instructions included, within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.
We will willingly refund the cost of the goods, excluding postage, or organise an exchange.
If you experience any defects in workmanship, we need to know and will take the cover-up back for a full refund (including refund on return postage) or exchange.
How to Return an Item

Please remember to include your original order number when communicating with us.
The Refund / Exchange Process
Refunds will be processed / mailed within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item, and will be made using the same method that the original payment was made (refund via direct deposit to your bank account, or refund to credit card via PayPal).
We recommend returns are sent back by recorded delivery, as Pacific Breeze Australia Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Always retain proof of postage.
